I think you need to read the mood.
Make him drink water with a bit of sugar mixed in and make sure he doesn't get dehydrated. That's crucial! Force open his mouth if you have to. Hang in there! ┗( T﹏T )┛

If he's drinking still you can probably mix in some medicine,ask the vet how to take care of him if he's not willing to take him in. Hope your gets better.
Oh and maybe watery foods? Like the meats in the can with gravy and such,it might be easier to eat than if you're feeding him kibble.
i see enough to know you're horrible, and stupid not to mention. You think the OP isn't aware of that possible turn of events?? Everyone dies, that is ridiculously obvious. We can't stop that, but what we can do is treasure the moments we have with those we care for and love, and hope there will be more such moments to come
Please pray for my dog... he’s sick right now. He doesnt want to eat (its been 7 days already), internal bleading, high fever. He can’t be admitted because the vet refused cuz he’s agressive. He barks at strangers even at us. But yesterday he was sedated and was given injections he needed. He’s with us right now at home. He’s really weak and I don’t know what to do...
