About the story mismatch with the genre, well, I don't usually pay much attention to those genre tags, but sometimes there are times where manga are uploaded with genre taggings that don't quite match if they somehow relate to that genre tenuously. Like I started this one manga that was tagged as a gender bender, but it turned out that it was an extremely minimal part of the story overall.
As for incomplete manga saying it's compete, sometimes that just happens. There are a some uploaders that will mark a manga is completed if they are currently up to where the original author has published. It could be that the author discontinued the story or is on hiatus. Also, there can be a glitch with that sometimes as well, not often just occasionally ╮(￣▽￣)╭
Of course, as mentioned, I'm not very observant and it could just be some type of glitch going on rn.

These few day it seems like manga go have some umm problem with wrongly put tag. Like some manga is NOT YET COMPLETE but the tag say COMPLETED. And some manga is YAOIS with cover photo but there put SHOUJO ... (=・ω・=) dot dot dot
