Some of y'all NEED to understand the fact that some people/characters are aware of how toxic their lover may be and still pursue a relationship with them... The cheating uke is aware of what he's done and is aware that he's part responsible for how his partner is. All those that read their story know the seme had to endure quite a lot of cheating from the uke, and the uke stood by the semes' side and accepting the punishments form him...
Honestly, not all mangas are for everyone, you can be mature and understand the point of view and be open to reading this manga. Or you can complain about the relationship being toxic, which, in this example, both lovers are aware of and wish to change that.
