I feel you. I worked as a fansubber for 7 years and that happened to me a lot. The worst time was when a girl asked me for help to encode a project that she had. I taught her to use the programs I knew and some other tips. I helped her for a complete week, putting my own projects aside and then she slapped over my face chapters 6 and 7 of the drama I was subbing. People obviously ran to download her version.

Wtf... hope you brought it up to her tho?! And hope you got over it with no problem. I went through something similar (and I'm sure it's like that for many fansubbers who have been in the community long enough), and I had a hard time not sending the person all profanities that I know. Lol!

No, we didn't drop this, nor did we ever stop working on it. Stop assuming things and take some time to check scanlators' blogs. We spent time scanlating from the FIRST chapter to the latest we released, and wow. People seem to overlook that and just jump in the middle of popular series. And I guess that's all people care about, as long as they get to read, but well. Whatever. Just letting you know that we'll continue updating this. Thank you.
