it's probably a dj, I'm sure the guy with black hair is from Persona 5 ( an anime based on a videogame)
It's the protagonists from Persona 4 and Persona 5. Black hair is mostly known as Joker, named Ren Amamiya in the anime and Akira Kurusu in the manga. The other is Yu Narukami.
