Search their username and with the site name in google and it will pop up.
Someone asked a similar question earlier. One of the replies was to go on Google and type in the username and "mangago."

I told a friend about this site and told him to make an account, how can we look up each others usernames so we can follow each other and be able to view each other's saved manga's and what not???
