my belief is she is in a child's body so even if she is an adult she feels what a child would feel i forget and i might have to re-read but i don't think she had any of this in her last life she has also spent 8 yrs with her so of course shes gonna be sad when she leaves.

I didn't say that she shouldn't be sad when she leaves, it's just the way the way she's handling the situation is immature. She avoids her, says "I thought Elene would always. I'm a little disappointed." I just don't know...
I do agree with you on your first point though.

Personally it doesn't bother me too much, we have enough powerful heroines that we forget, they need to relive ages 1-15. Most mangas skip them or make the kids op. So this is kinda new. Also the author hasn't written about anything town/country/politics/problems so there isn't anything for her to show her modern knowledge on.

I find it way worse that she is getting all doki doki over a child , if they were at least teenagers I would kind of let it slide , but like this I can‘t help to compare it to other reincarnation stories and the main lead is like you said disappointing

But this one? Uhhh... she's an adult on the inside....unless her physical state messed with her maturity.

Probably her mind adapted to her body, and by being treated as a child, she probably started feeling as a child, and then became a child. Just a mature one.

Eh. Still not my cup of tea. Honestly, I can't deal with reading manga with a child or childlike protag, since they often make stupid and immature decisions, so not sure how I'm gonna like it in the future.
