Yes i think so too, and that made the manga better. We all feel attraction for a person first for how that person looks and acts and after talking and sharing time with that person we fall in love. There is no such thing as "love at first site" there might be attraction but no love.
I like how they didn't make it so fantasy romance. Like all happy and all. A taste of real life in it.
