Bet you're using chrome. Do you have any other browser?

Four months ago my laptop died after 4 years of torture under my ownership, just until yesterday I started reading again with my phone and whenever I tried to log in, it always says the captcha is wrong and forces me to use incognito mode, which makes it very difficult for a grand ma like me since it doesn't have saved history nor bookmarks ╥﹏╥ does anyone have this kind of problem too? Can you please help this old lady? I'm already suffering for having to read in such a small screen and paranoia every time someone borrows my phone ╥﹏╥
