exactly! what was the point in making him out to be this super OP MC that had magic far more advanced than this world's magic only for him to not even be able to scratch the very first "tough" opponent he comes across!

Exactly! It's frustrating.
so our main character was OP , cool , and level headed & then they threw all that out the window and gave him a personality that fits his age and his magic is super weak ! like i could see if like its not an instant kill but atleast a great deal of damage EVEN ON THE SMALL FRY DEMONS !
but it'll be nice to see what happens to all those people later (of course death) (●'◡'●)ﾉ
