Dunno if your problem is the same but when using my tablet I have to sign in through an "incognito mode" window. The site itself recommends it, especially after a failed sign in attempt. Chrome browser on laptop, and phone sign in just fine in regular tabs.
I've had some on and off. I heard that one day the site was doing maintenance so it could have something to do with that.
Anyone has the problem when to access this site????
