shounen-ai tend to be like this after all. you can stick to yaoi/pwp if you want a lot of sexy scenes but i do not think this is boring or bad. the rendition of young love and naivete is done nicely (they should have tagged this properly tho)
Yall read yaoi way too much. It's not uncommon for real gay couples to forgo anal sex entirely for a variety of reasons, like health, personal, sexual, ect. I think I remember a study that said around 20% of gay couples don't have anal sex. Also they had sex many times, just not penetrative sex, neither is a virgin.
I can actually say this wasn't the best story I have read from this writer!! I found it kind of a shounen ai kind of story not yaoi!! The only thing yaoi was that they were naked, but that's all!! To me it was kind of something you read with there is nothing else to read!! I just read it after reading KAWAII HITO (KONNO KEIKO) Manga. Now that story was on the money!! I liked that one, that one was really a nice yaoi!! I don't like the ending to this story because we still don't know if Tachibana and Otani ever had sex with each other!! At the end Otani thinks to himself that he is still a virgin so did they ever have gay sex with each other or not or did Otani only have Tachibanas fingers only? That's what I want to know!!! thx D
