It's always complete... It's because this Manga is in this website, and the staff here is busy that's why they can't translate every chapters... But if you look at some other website that have this Manga/Manhwa, it'll be complete...so don't said a damn thing about the author, instead shred your anger on this website staff.
I din't blame the author. It's the scanalation groups that stop that I was talking about, read my comment again before going ballistic.
I bet this is good . I love this author but I'm not reading unless it's complete. Hers almost never get completely scanalated. Don't know why
