And what about his voice ? When I remove my glasses my voice doesn't change.
Maybe, but the person is still recognizable. Walking gait, body movements, voice are all still there even if a person takes of their glasses and styles their hair differently.
As someone who switches between spectacles and contacts... like you said, the walking gait, body movements, voice are what gives it away. When I meet someone on the street, they usually are confused while actually still recognising me and saying my name.
My instructor didn't recognized me when I removed my glasses before.
