Frequent anger?

Im usually kind ( if i do say so myself). But i get easily pissed off. And its caused lots of random fights. Is it just me?

I get easily pissed off too, but i try to hold it in.

I get pissed off for almost nothing. But I hold back so much that now I suffer from anxiety. But I'm kind too...
