They've already dissolved, actually. I read about it at Niji scans tumblr.... I'm not really where I read it but yeah they're gone.
Oh I am devastated ... The videos of the BL audio of Saezuru Tori wa Habatakanai were so very good, many of their efforts were wonderful... this is a big loss! Who else provides scanlation of Japanese BL audio dramas????
