Rape makes it interesting, it brings views but if you dislike it than that's fine.
The story got a lot more dept with the rape situation.. Otherwise, it just wouldn't feel right. But hey, if it's not your cup of tea, than that is fine too

Hate this manga...don't understand how so many people enjoy such an abusive, rapist jerk. Tried after reading the lovely tales of the other 2 couples, but definitely not my cup of tea.
If abusive jerks and rape are your thing, you're in the right place. otherwise find something else!
