Looking for a manga And recs

It's about a boy who thinks he looks ugly due to emotional abuse from his family. (He is actually quite good looking.) He got to be reincarnated to a world where people have magic. So most only have the ability to use one type but my here is able to use all because they were words of his former language. He goes to an academy in the future where he contracts a dragon during an event when trying to fight back an enemy summoned monster.

Can I get recommendations of reincarnations or transmigration manga that doesn't have harem and/or have minimum romance with one individual. I would love see adventuring and character development as the main plot like 'I reincarnated as a slime'.
