Try turning off data saver in settings.
Yeah if you are using chrome then you need to switch to incognito so it’s better if you use a different web browser. I face the same issue when i am using my phone to sign in.

Im not able to sign into mangago or switch the page to desktop mode unless I'm in incognito mode. I'm using my phone. Does anyone have any solutions for this?
