So this is a vague description but its what I can remember of this Yaoi. The uke ran away from the same after either a one night stand (or even rape) the seme was looking for him for two/three years. I want to say they run into eachother at a club. The seme forces the uke into living with him. I want to say there is a Yakuza/underworld theme to this yaoi.
