He does know. And before he actually avoided his brother because of that. I don't think he's leading him on. If someone avoids you because you like them, it seems pretty obvious.

Oof, okay but I feel like he is leading the little brother on a little. I do understand that the relationship with his boss has not been properly defined but he does know what he feels for his little brother is not the kind of like? Right? Am I missing something?
