yea. it's an app. you'd need a link from an admin to get in a server (a server is sorta like a groupchat)
Yeap, its an app but u can access it via browser too. Its like Line or any chatting apps. And as lou said, you need a link from the admin or anyone in the group so u can join in the server(groupchat)
It just has more features than line or the normal chat apps cuz the admins can organize stuff better and they can include bots to manage the group.
Just try downloading or searching it and you'll know :)
