I'm in the exact same situation.

One way I worked to get around this is to write novels instead (I've written a ton but not many are finished). I've also learned a bit of coding so I'm making an m/m text adventure sex game. Just because you don't have a certain skill, doesn't mean you have to hold yourself back! Just find another medium!

Have you tried finding someone who can, a friend or something?

I only have one friend who can draw but it isn't anything super b and I don't know if she still draws plus she isn't into BL. The chances of finding someone is pretty slim.
