Looking for a manga, sorry this is long

So I can only remember bits and pieces so this might be confusing, sorry. Anyway here are some parts of the story:
-i think the setting is in Germany(?)
-main character is a doctor, he is engaged to this woman who's father is the director or something of the hospital I guess. She's pretty bitchy and breaks up with him when he gets fired(?) Idk if that's the reason but she leaves him
-the main character treated this little boy, this boy grows up to be a murderer. The boy was also involved in some experiments, and they aren't like chemical experiments they were more psychological I think
-any way there is another character who is a girl and the little boy turns out to be her brother but she doesn't remember him because she's adopted(?)
-so I think the doctor and this girl end up looking for the brother together (idk how this happens) and they like have to be on the down low because apparently the doctor is a fugitive
-just realized, I think the doc is looking for the boy because he was framed for murder and that's why he's a fugitive
