Not sure if this will help but Nanohana boys the protagonist can't see from one eye and his co- protagoniat is completely deaf also its not bl but it doesn't have romance

can anyone recommend a story that has a physically/mentally impaired male lead? Like blind of deaf, or that has anxiety or whatever, anything is fine, im more interested in the approach; If there is romance, preferable heterossexual, no yaoi please, but shounen ai is fine. ty.
