I feel like Aoi using his sickness to make Shougo go out with him is even worse but people who are desperately in love will do anything to have anything from the one they like. In this case, Aoi. I think it's nice because thy both liked each other anyway and now they were able to be together. They could've been together earlier but Shougo was to nice. I think the worse thing is going out with someone and jot having any true feelings for them. Sure they can develop but not the case for them. I'm glad Shougo and Yuito were able to meet.
