Hello, I forgot the name of the title of the manga, but it's about I believe they are twins, but the older ends up dating or sleeping with a teacher or something, but the older didn't know that the teacher used to have a thing for the younger twin. Towards the end, the teacher almost end up "almost" sleeping with the younger twin, but ends up realizing his love the older twin. Basically the teacher or so went back to the older twin and they live happily ever after I think.
