Some people have called her a cop out because she "gave into the fandom" with the 2CT. Which is total bullshit, since she's been foreshadowing it for 9 years. And yes, some people aren't happy with her killing off Agni, understandably, but it was her character and her decision. Other than those two, I haven't heard pf any hate on Yana.
And people hate Kuro for reasons anyone can hate a series. I'm a diehard fan and even I have my personal gripes with this series. Some people and stories just don't mix.

I've been in the fandom for 9 years. And I can tell you that there are alot of signs that are shown on the first arcs.
On how Sebastian only answers "Yes, My lord" and aswell as Undertaker calling him "Earl" rather than addressing him as "Ciel Phantomhive"
Since Sebastian would break the rules of not lying to OurCiel, and Undertaker knowing the truth.
There are alot more, like in the Book of circus arc, where Baron Kelvin's past was shown (The crippled dude) you can see that "Ciel" was trading one side to another holding Vincent's hands. Which is suspicious. Since how did Ciel transfer to the other side by just a single second?
Plus, the easter bonus chapter and Ciels past where it shows that there were 2 pairs of everything in his room. It was all planned fam
