The art is very different.

I'm not going to give my opinion about the story since it seems that a lot of people here just want to be hateful, but I do want to say that the art is making it very difficult for me to continue enjoying this story. It's not just that it's messier and feels rushed, but I don't feel any of the same emotion as I did before. Their surroundings, the angles; everything about each frame would set a tone and create a certain atmosphere. I feel like the artist has slowly lost that. The art is not bad, not even close, but I do feel like I'm watching someone lose passion for something they used to enjoy. That may just be me, though.

not alone, the older art did feel more powerful in a way but idk if its the mixed feeling with how I feel about the characters esp Emma (I'll stubbornly adore her but things arn't looking good rn) or how we're just feeling antsy now that we're in the final arc and expect more than the previous arcs but I'm also wondering if its an art burnout.
No idea what their actual routine is between the artist/writer but I'm curious if maybe Shirai might have been more in charge of looking at the drafts and trying to polish the juxtaposition to convey his story with Demizu's art but with the anime running, they must have been more busy with trying to watch over that too?
I'm only hoping thats the case :'(
