Spoilers: most of it centers on past Sungho writing in his journal of the things Douhyun did to him. As he continues to write he remembers the events, gets aroused, and masturbates. After staring at his hand full of cum, he(I guess)has a mental breakdown, maybe he realized that he loves Douhyun and wants to be with him. He then blackeds out the written pages and somehow injures himself(possibly explains where his scar came from). Then it cuts to Sungho waking up in bed holding Douhyun and sweating profusely.
