If you read it on webtoon you’ll notice the numbers decreasing, there were actually 4 people in that group chat her 2 friends, her and the girl that died.
As soon as as she saw the last message she notice the number decreasing( people who have seen the message ) meaning that there was another one within the group chat... Remember that she had the ither girl phone :))
