rlly old message but i just wanted to reply lol. theo was and is still very young, don’t blame her when the only person she has left in her life leaves her to go the army, causing her to go thru abuse by their father. even craig acknowledged that he “ran away” when he enlisted.
it’s understandable for us bc we know how hard craig worked and how guilty he felt, and theo is still a brat sometimes, but you can’t say that it’s “for no reason”
craig may have been able to uphold his bright personality despite his struggles, but it’s not a crime if theo can’t be as strong as her brother.
