Why do certain parts of my body keep twitching???

My cheeks keep twitching

How long has it been going on? Dystonia can cause twitching

There aren't particular days. Sometimes different parts of me just twitch

That’s what can Dystonia cause. But it’s pretty rare so It’s not 100%

I doubt I have Dystonia

I just twitch sometimes

Don’t over think it, I’m sure it’s nothing and will go away
Once I had my eye twitching for hours nonstop and then muscle in my left arm randomly started twitching
It went away after a little while
