If I remember correctly it’s set in high school, the two male students get together, I think it was more of a physical relationship, towards the end of the story neither of them want to confess to each other so the male lead confesses through a candy wrapper, the main characters favorite candy, but the main character never opens the candy and they continue their day to day life as if they never hooked up in the first place and that was the last time they did.
I think the story has a sequel but I’m not sure
