Its not always about the art
Which was sorta my point. :) But if one is going the graphic route, art counts. As an early fan of Mob Psycho 100 (when it was first uploaded and the art was getting flak), I know quirky or less-than art can grow on you. :)
The art is awful, but the story has me interested. Plus, I love vigilantes. I hope donation girl survives...
