So happy i dug into the novel first. It made the opening scene so much more painful to read (in a good way). That storage room scene with little treasure was also a bit of a mess in this webtoon. I guess the one bad thing about reading the novel before having a look at the illustrations is that i have already formed in my mind sort of what the characters would be like. 1. So loving Ning Xi's portrayal. Strong, beautiful, graceful and still sort of wild ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄ 2. Kinda thought Lu Ting Xiao would be more poker faced except for his displeased/pincing between his brows face (more intimidating). Im not used to his seemingly frequent smiles (≧∀≦) it does still dazzle me though! And i thought he would look older too. Im sorry but he looks even younger than Ning Xi sometimes (or maybe thats just me and my stupid imagination) 3. Little treasure!!!!!!! The first frame we got for him shocked me. I was half happy half going:"really??". Im still not used to this art style and thats also just my stupid opinion. But why did they give him blue eyes? (Probably to make him look cuter idk) To me that was sorta out of the 'blue'. Hahaha........ sorry I'll stop. 4. Lu Jing Li! Love his character to bits. Didnt expect him to be blond though. ╮(￣▽￣)╭ Unless i missed something in the novel 5. Su Yan/Yan gege...... *cringeee* brooo....... i thought he looked cooler when i read the novel.... That was just my impression anyway. You have had the two Ning sisters fighting over you...... i thought that kinda meant you at least good looks even if your inner character was shallow as f***...... I could literally hear my image breaking into smithereens. Hahaha who am i kidding! At least to me, now he looks as lame as he actually is in reality. 6. All i can say is Im looking forward to seeing Ning Xueluo BURN!!!!!!!!!!!!
