I don’t think reiner thinks that marley is good but rather he made a choice as a warrior, and is acting on his duty and pressure by his mother and his relatives. He was in a state of confusion, but decided to stay in Marley cause he is coward and can’t turn his back against it and he also had seen the ruckus Eren had made during the festival in which a lot of marley died.
Okay so is Zeke really trying to commit Eldian genocide? Like all possible titan wielders (subjects of Ymir) should die?? So then what about the soldiers who hate Marley because they took over their homelands. Do they know this plan? I’m just a little confused about the end game of all this warfare and why in the hell are some of the eldians fighting so hard for Marley if they know the truth about their kin being dropped and abandoned on the other side of the wall to Paradis? Reiner of all people should understand I mean dude, you saw the BS they were going through and they didn’t know shit about the titans and anything that was going on.
