Well, I think it's because Minase Masara sensei illustrated it, while the story was written by Katoh Elena sensei... Another story which has a good realtionship is Mitsumei ( http://www.mangago.me/read-manga/mitsumei/), which is a similar story (IT'S SO GOOD UFGGGGGDGGDGDHDHJ)... and I think it's also by Katoh Elena sensei?? The author is Katou Erena, which sounds suspiciously similar to Katoh Elena... I'm assuming it happened to be spelled 2 different ways but I could be wrong, although if you're Japanese it's hard to convey "r"s and "l"s, which could lead to Elena = Erena... also Katoh and Katou are pronouced the same way. Somebody please tell me if I'm wrong and these are just two different people lol
