Say he has completely lost all reason and gone full blown psyco it's still a personal murder so he will take his time doing it and if he just kills the all straight off the bat it takes the fun away from the kill the theme is " hunter and hunted " and to the hunter the thrill of the chase and planning the kill is just as pleasing and the kill itself
