Me too, at the beginning I was thinking "Schubert? Really? I'm sure it reminds me of a poem I read way back then in German class... Oh, wait it IS definitely the same thing !" My dear friend Google just confirmed it, just an adaptation of the poem into a song ^^
As creepy, twisted and broken these 2 guys are, I really like how the author brings us this story.
The characters are so well developed with non-perfect features and psychological cracks that lead to their frightening way of speaking/expressing themselves... Just the right amount of uneasiness and fear for me ( T﹏T '')
And the art is amazing ! By art I'm speaking about the actual drawing but also the ambient tension that is almost always here... Brrrr I'm shivering after binge reading it. I almost lost it when Goethe's poem "Erlkönig" was displayed ლ(´∇`ლ) it was so fitting in this dismal ambience and knowing how the kid of the poem ends, it's so ominous for everyone involved here !!!
