It's a good read, though I would've liked it better if the issue with Tai-chan's parents would've been addressed (his dad being abusive and his mom abandoning him) instead of the unnecessary introduction of a girl who contributed nothing to the plot. The mangaka could've easily added 1-2 chapters (or written in the existing ones) and solved/talked about those issues that were actually a pivotal point in the manga.
