Well I mostly hear it in my country more it just means like for example “ I bet your sad” you know. Sorry I just really can’t explain it
The saying is most commonly used in the country parts of America. And that’s where I’m from but I don’t use country terms/slang that my friends would typically. So when they use it just makes my day. It’s more like I personal reason for me I guess.
