yes, if consent is only present to a single person, then it's rape. if both of them agree to have sex with each other, then it's not.
Lemme get this straight. Both want to have sex with the other, but both are resisting? I'm pretty sure they are both consenting there in someway. But then again, neither one of them is consenting. That's kind of like "I never tell the truth. I'm always lying" ....which is the guy telling the truth about lying... which means he doesn't always lie... which means that's lie, which is the truth...
