NOPE. Dowan knows that chamin has sexomnia. In one of the early chapters they are in a class where the professor is explaining sexomnia and dowan says something along the lines of "I never would have thought that sexomnia was real until I saw it up close" *glances at chamin*

That part is in the future. It hasn't happened yet in the current time line.
Does he know it's sleep sex disorder? Or is he thinking that they are together.... it's not clear
