I’m not the only one who was so unsatisfied with that ending and then the “epilogue” being something that takes place like 10 years earlier am I? Like come on at least show the scene of them seeing each other’s faces for the first time in six years and you get to see the love in their eyes. And I know everyone’s riding on his case for not doing anything but I think he made an attempt. He tried to talk to Ren but in all honesty I think Ren needed to properly know that that wasn’t how the world worked to grow up. And the whole them sleeping together thing I think showed Ren that that was what it was like being with someone that you loved and well let’s face it it was so obvious that shine loved him back.
