Being a trap and being transgender are 2 different things. A trap is just a crossdresser. As a trans person myself it’s ridiculous to take offense to such things. The person was not attacking the trans community and was simply using a term that is widely used for anime crossdressers. The girl has not yet actually stated whether they are a girl or a boy and thus for could be a trap or could indeed be transgender but since no one knows yet, it’s ridiculous to get upset about the term.
