She said before that her cousin is his type. So maybe she think that they will have something with each other after she left. At first I thought he would go with Yoshino. „Because he said let’s head back now.“
And they were planning to part when they arrive at the station, now she had something to do and he doesn’t go with her and even said he will send Tsubaki back to the hotel.
In conclusion she think they will do or start something:))

The one who helped yoshino get the surgery/her liver removed was tsubaki (the pretty girl with silky black hair, she was able to help because she had connections to link yoshino to). In the next chapter tsubaki and kirishima conversations will lead to it. This is what ive seen from the comments people left off the raws.

So if anything i think "the cats out of the bag" that yoshino is talking about will be about this.
