I bet this is gonna offend a lot of people, but at the risk of sounding like an ass and a psychopath (btw i swear to god i am normal), I was honestly rooting for the MC to win. Yes, yes, i know he's a psycho and doesn't deserve any pity but i was honestly hoping he would get away with all of it in the end.

It kinda made me sad when i saw him get caught in the end, especially after he worked his ass off with all the planning and killing and disposing of evidence (which apparently he didn't do a good job of considering how he managed to get caught in the end). There's something weirdly unsatisfying yet satisfying when the bad guy wins or get away with his crimes especially in situations like these. I rarely see stories/movies/series etc where the bad guy actually wins so i was hoping this would be one.

Also, i really wanted Hasumi to kill those two annoying kids (who unfortunately were the ones that survived...ugh). Its bad enough that he got caught but to think that those two (who were in a way responsible for starting this shit) survived made me feel even worse. I really wanted them to be killed by Hasumi but idk, i guess them surviving kinda goes with the story.

All in all i loved this story. I wanna read more stories like this, where the mc is fucked up and there is no romance shit, just all around mind games and killings and what not. I love stories where the MCs behave like the bad guys, going all psychotic and shit.

Oh man! I'm so glad theres someone out there that shares my opinion, I never post these opinions because most people would call me crazy but it's pretty boring to continuously see justice win, I find it unrealistic and unsatisfying. I thought this mc was pretty awesome and I really wanted him to get away with it, if he hadn't been caught it would have been a satisfying end, instead some kids outsmarted him.

btw if you're looking for a manga were the mc is considered a villain and does a bunch of questionable stuff then maybe check out "shamo"

Honestly same. He was so meticulous about his crime so I found it unrealistic that he wouldn’t remember that last 2 kids or despising of the evidence.

It's not that he forgot about the last 2 kids, he thought that he had killed them; however, they tricked him by by throwing the bodies of 2 other students and hid among the other dead bodies to not get caught. There was no way that Hasumi would forget to kill 2 students, especially ones that were already suspicious of him.
