I love how Kotetsu and Barnaby are officially confirmed to have an ambiguous relationship in which the viewers can either interpret it as either platonic or romantic! Yet the staff are actually the ones that insist it to be romantic though! ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
They both compliment each other when it comes to their teamwork which was yet to be seen at the start of their relationship. Nonetheless I adore how Kotetsu and Barnaby's relationship development progressed along the series; where by the end of it, you can quickly see the unbreakable bond that Kotetsu and Barnaby built up with trust and trails. It's a very beautiful thing to see especially in the movie, The Rising, in which *spoilers turn away now* you see that that that both are irreplaceable to each other and wouldn't want anyone else for a partner.
