Growing old has always been something that scared me, the representation in the media is always the same and heteronormative. Seeing an older queer guy, who has all the body aches and has chub, while also enjoying a really lovely relationship and being desirable, is really nice. I wasn't expecting this story to affect me in the way that it did but I'm really glad I got the chance to read it. Thank you to everyone that helped to translate this story and get it out to us.
